— What is your shipping policy?
T-Shirts and Accessories
Items are custom-made. We do not currently offer expedited shipping. New orders are processed in about 7-10 business days. The processing time does not include the shipping time. Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you. We are processing orders as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, send an email to info@thequietdisrupter.com.
Important
We are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrectly provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office, not that of The Authentic Empowerment Studio, LLC, Carmen Rene Enterprises, LLC, The Quiet Disrupter or sister company Blissful Essentials.
— What is your Privacy Policy?
The Authentic Empowerment Studio, LLC, Carmen Rene Enterprises, LLC, and sister company Blissful Essentials respect your concerns about privacy. When you are on Carmen Rene Enterprises, LLC, The Authentic Empowerment Studio, LLC site and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with only The Authentic Empowerment Studio, LLC and its representatives. The Authentic Empowerment Studio, LLC, will not disclose or share any of your personal identifiable information (PII). However, we may collect information about your online activities to provide you with advertising about products and services tailored to your interests.
We do not sell or otherwise share PII about you except as described in this privacy policy. We may share your PII with our affiliates and subsidiaries and, our service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as order fulfillment, customer support, payment processing and data analytics. The Authentic Empowerment Studio, LLC, and sister company Blissful Essentials may also disclose account information in special cases when requested by a legal entity or if legal action is involved. As a company, we operate with integrity and will abide by all rules and regulations according to the law.
— What is your Refund Policy?
If your item is defective or damaged, we accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered after 30 days. Items will be refunded, minus shipping and handling, and will be based on the purchase price. For example, if you request a refund on an item that was on sale, your refund will be the sale price minus shipping and handling.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. All banks are different in terms of processing refunds. If for any reason you have not received your refund within a week of approval, please check your bank account and call your bank. If you’ve contacted your bank and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@thequietdisrupter.com.
— What is your exchange policy?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@thequietdisrupter.com for exchange instructions.
