Primary benefits of myrrh oil:

• Has cleansing properties, especially for the mouth and throat

• Can help with inflammation in the body

• Can be soothing to the skin

Myrrh oils are intended for aromatic and topical use. They are gentle enough to be used neat (undiluted). However, if you have sensitive skin or a skin condition, dilute with a carrier oil.

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in a diffuser of your choice.

Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area.
